Workshop Regulations General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the rules of organization and conditions of participation in workshops organized by Fute, Ribbelthorst 9, 7531GA, Enschede, using the chamber of commerce in the Netherlands: (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
A person who decides to take part in the workshops (hereinafter referred to as the “Participant”) agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by Fute within the meaning of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. 101 item 926 as amended) and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2002 No. No. 144, item 1204) for the purposes of conducting culinary workshops and in order to carry out the sales process, as well as for sending commercial and marketing information by Fute. Personal data are processed in compliance with the security rules required by the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (Journal of Laws No. 133, item 883, as amended)
Each participant of the workshop is obliged to read these regulations.
Registration for participation in workshops organized by Fute is tantamount to acceptance of these regulations. Not reading it does not exempt you from following it.

General information

Workshops are organized for adults.
The workshops take place dependent on the workshop location described in e-mail and on the website of CityMigo.
The workshops are practical learning. The organizer provides the participants with knowledge about the prepared dishes and practical practice of their practice. The organizer is not responsible for the extent to which knowledge and skills will be acquired by the participants.
The workshops are held in English, unless the description of the workshops on the website states that the workshops are held in another language. The Organizer informs that the workshops may be conducted by people whose mother tongue is not Polish, but at the same time it ensures that these people will use English at a level that allows them to conduct classes in this language.
By registering for participation in the workshops, the participant accepts all the details about the workshops that were provided on the website www.citymigo.com
The number of places at the workshops is limited and determined by the Organizer.
Information such as: topic, price, date, time, approximate duration of the workshop and the person leading are specified by the organizer on the website next to the description of the workshop. Due to the different level of skills of the Participants, the Organizer reserves the right to extend or shorten the workshops in order to fully carry out the workshop program.
The Organizer informs that products that may cause allergic reactions are used to prepare all dishes during the workshops. (e.g. nuts, almonds, fish, etc.). A participant signing up for the workshop is obliged to take this fact into account. In case of doubt about the content of prepared dishes should be consulted with the organizer. The Organizer stipulates that the program (menu) provided in the description of the workshop does not contain a detailed description of the ingredients used to prepare these dishes. The Participant may obtain such information by contacting the Organizer at info@citymigo.com.
The Organizer reserves the right to document the workshops with the use of video and sound recording devices and to use photos in its materials and social media administered by the Organizer, and the Participant agrees to this without any claims.
The Organizer reserves the right to make modifications during the workshops, as long as this does not change the nature of the workshops or their scope.

Registration for participation, price and payment

By purchasing participation in the workshops, the participant accepts the details of the workshops presented on the website.
Registration for participation in the workshops is possible after the participant has read and accepted these regulations.
The Participant purchases a place/places at the workshop by selecting the topic, time and date of the workshop, filling in the appropriate forms on the website and paying the fee in accordance with the indicated price of the workshop.
Full reservation takes place after paying for the workshop via the format send to you via e-mail.
Failure to pay the money within the required time constitutes a presumption that the Participant has resigned from participating in the workshop, and his/her place is automatically freed up in the system.
The Participant who has purchased the workshops is informed about the acceptance of the registration for the workshops by e-mail information by the Organizer and about the acceptance of payment by the platform that will be shared.
The Organizer is not responsible for the participant’s errors made during the payment as a result of failure by the participant to comply with the instructions for making payments via the specified platform
The price of the workshops is determined by the Organizer and made known in the description of the workshops on the www.citymigo.com website.
The fee for participation in the workshops includes:

group classes with the instructor
all food products necessary to participate in the workshops
use of all kitchen equipment and tools necessary to participate in the workshops
provision of a kitchen apron for the duration of the workshop
water, coffee and tea to be used during the workshop (or other beverages included in the description of the workshop)
printed recipes of dishes made during the workshop

Resignation, Cancellation of workshops

The Participant informs the Organizer about their resignation from the workshops by e-mail to the following address: info@citymigo.com
In the event of resignation from participation in selected workshops up to 7 days before the workshop, the Participant is entitled to a refund of the amount paid.
In the event of resignation from participation in selected workshops up to 3 days before the workshop, the Participant’s payment may be transferred to other workshops at a later date or converted into a gift voucher valid for 6 months.
In the event of a later resignation (less than 3 days before the workshop), the paid amount is not returned to the Participant.
The absence of the participant at the workshop is associated with the loss of the payment made.
In the event that it is not possible to participate in the purchased workshops, the participant may indicate another person who will participate in these workshops instead of him. The participant must inform the organizer of such a change by e-mail, to the address info@citymigo.com no later than 1 day before the start of the workshop to which this change relates. Participation of this person in the workshops is possible after reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the workshop to another date due to the lack of the minimum number of participants or for reasons beyond its control.
When cancelling a given workshop the Organizer may offer the Participant a different date for workshops on the same or different topics. In the event of the Participant’s lack of consent to the change, the Organizer shall refund the fee paid by the Participant within three working days from the date of the Participant’s notification of the lack of consent to the change.

Gift voucher

It is possible to purchase a gift voucher worth PLN 200, 250, 300, 350. The voucher is purchased via the www.citymigo.com website The voucher is paid via the BLIK platform.
The gift certificate is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is placed on the voucher.
The gift voucher can be used once.
In the case of workshops cheaper than the value of the voucher, the difference in price between the workshop and the value of the voucher is not refunded by the Organizer or in any other way.
In the case of workshops more expensive than the value of the voucher, send an email to info@citymigo.com to organize the difference.
After making the payment, the gift voucher is handed over in the way chosen by the buyer (electronic voucher sent to the e-mail address, sending by registered mail, personal collection by appointment)
The person receiving the voucher should select the workshop and then enter its number in the “Gift voucher” item. Voucher value will be automatically update the value of the order cart.
The voucher should be brought with you to the workshop.
The purchased voucher cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part, nor can it be returned to the Organizer.

Duties and responsibilities of the Participant

The participant is obliged to follow the basic rules of hygiene and the recommendations of the person conducting the workshop.
The Participant is obliged to inform the Organizer about the infectious diseases (e.g. jaundice) of which he is aware, as well as about allergies and health contraindications that may be important for his health during the workshops in which he participates. Informing the Organizer does not release the Participant from liability for non-compliance with the rules related to nutrition and hygiene, which result from his/her health situation.
The Participant is responsible for damages caused to themselves or other Participants during the workshops, which are the result of their negligence or careless or reckless conduct.
The participant is responsible for damage to devices/equipment/property caused during the workshop that is the result of his negligence or careless or reckless conduct.

Final provisions

These regulations are available on the website each time before making a purchase.
The Organizer reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time. The change does not apply to participants who have purchased workshops and accepted the regulations, unless they agree to such a change.
These Terms and Conditions do not exclude or limit any rights of the participant who is a consumer that he or she is entitled to under mandatory provisions of law. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of these Terms and Conditions and mandatory provisions of law granting the Consumer certain rights, these provisions shall prevail.
